How to secure loose roof shingles.
Ease the notched end of the pry bar beneath the damaged shingle and lift each nail slightly.
Step 1 flip up the unattached tab portion of the damaged or loose shingles to expose the nails that attach them to the roof.
Lift each tab slightly on the shingles as you install them and apply a 1 2 5 cm diameter spot of shingle cement under each tab.
If there are loose shingles use roofing cement to re secure the shingle to the roof.
